It wasn’t until after she went to Oprah’s Lifeclass
that she became stirred to write her story.
Scooter’s story is about her faith in God and His promises. The Word she had learned since being a small child became her guide. Dr. Imjen became her voice when she was unable to clearly express herself because of the injury to her head.
The support she received helped her to overcome a number of physical and emotional challenges; however, there are a few she must deal with daily. She hopes to help others learn about hidden disabilities and its impact on the individual, family, professionals, and community.
