I was on opiates for about 4 years for pain! Until the doctors I saw figured out what was causing my pain. They needed to address it so I would have no more pain. I used a combination of drugs including opiates.
There is a fine line between use and abuse when it comes to opiates. The addiction comes when the pain isn’t addressed – physically, emotionally, or otherwise experienced.
